about BE Digital

BE Digital is a fast-growing start-up with a unique way of working in the digital world. With our broad knowledge and transparent way of working, we help small and large companies go digital. We make the digital world understandable and manageable for everyone. That is our goal! Hence our slogan: We help companies to BE Digital.
Because of the way we work, we are always part of the client’s team rather than the ‘external party’. We act as a sparring partner who gives direction and helps the client develop digitally on their own. By deploying our expertise where the client needs it at that moment, we deliver digital growth.
Our vision is that companies should develop their own digital skills, knowledge and tools, with someone looking over their shoulder and giving direction. We make digitalisation manageable and understandable for clients and for our own team. Personal development comes first, so we stay the best at what we do. We have a very open culture and, as a team, we always have each other’s backs!

BE Digital has a very open culture. Everyone can always say or ask anything. We believe that good communication between colleagues, and with clients, is the foundation for success.
Flexible in setting your working hours. Exercise in the morning? Go for it! Work from 10:00 to 18:00 or from 08:00 to 16:00? No problem, as long as your work, clients or colleagues don’t suffer. 
Finally, trust is one of our key core values. Both colleagues and clients place their trust in you to solve or pick things up. With us you get the freedom to do your work as you see fit. Of course, you get support from the whole team.
