what does your role look like as Digital Advertising Specialist at BE Digital?
In this role you're responsible for setting up, managing and continuously improving online advertising campaigns for our clients. You translate their business goals into smart campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and various social channels, among others. Based on data and insights, you analyse the results and actively adjust to improve performance.

You help think through advertising and performance strategies and look beyond just the numbers: what does the client really need to grow? You liaise independently with clients about progress, insights and results, and take them along in your advice.
You also work closely with colleagues from SEO, CRO, data and strategy to achieve the best possible result together. And of course you stay sharp yourself by keeping up with the latest developments in online advertising.

what you bring
- You've already gained solid experience in online advertising and are ready for a next step in which you get more responsibility and substantive depth.
- 2+ years of experience with online advertising and demonstrable experience with Google Ads (certifications are a plus)
- We're looking for a bachelor's/master's level of work and thinking.
- You know your way around the digital world and the world of marketing, and you're up to date with the latest developments.
- Communication is key! We're looking for people with good communication and social skills.
- You have experience working for clients and understand how to keep a client satisfied.
- You're preferably available 40 hours a week, but in consultation slightly less is possible too.
